How to set a password for your Wisenet device
When you access your Wisenet product for the first time, you must register the login password. Use “admin” as the administrator ID at the login window and enter it in the User name input box. This administrator ID is appointed and can’t be changed. When the Password change window pops up, enter the new password. Wisenet recommends using uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters for passwords of 8 to 15 digits.

To Change the Password, you should launch Live Viewer and navigate to My Account on the top menu bar. Then, click Change My Password, Enter your old password, Enter your new one, and repeat. Click Change to finalize.
- If you check the Remember My Credentials box after your input, in the future, you will be logged in automatically without being prompted to enter the login information. If you lose or forget your password, you can press the Reset button to initialize the device.
