1. Go to merchantservices.chase.com, and click on the Sign-in button in the top right corner of the page.
2. Click on Resource Online in the bottom left corner of the popup window.
3. Below the Secure login button, click Need assistance logging in? link.
4. On the next one, click on the Reset your Password link.
5. Then, the system will prompt you to enter your User Name and Email Address.
6. Once you've done this, click the Submit button to receive a temporary countersign in your inbox. This single-use code will give you access to your account. You'll need to set a new one the next time you log in.
