Passwarden employs the latest cryptographic advancements: the highly reliable EC p-384 protocol for public-key cryptography and the military-grade AES 256-bit encryption. Perpetrators might intercept your data, but it will still be impossible for them to decode and read it.
There is a way to warn Passwarden that you are acting not of your own free will: just use your Duress Password instead of the Master one. Having recognized this signal, the program won’t reveal your most important data (select it beforehand in the Settings section).
Emails and text messages lack reliable encryption: they can be intercepted and read by third parties. Passwarden offers you a way of sharing your secret combinations that is both safe and easy: just create a Shared Vault and invite a new member to it. Astonishing simplicity!
Everyone who tried their hand at creating strong passwords knows that this is not an easy task. To be truly unbreakable the log-in combination must feature random letters (both lower- and upper-case), digits, and symbols. To save time and effort, let Passwarden create your log-in combinations for you. All you need to do is set the length of the sequence, and it will be automatically saved to the protected data storage.
Even if perpetrators know your password, two-factor authentication will prevent them from signing in to your account. Passwarden is always one step ahead!
Passwarden helps you to store, change and share data in three categories:
Cannot find the proper category for a piece of confidential information? Then choose the Security notes option to store any kind of text data.
