This guide provides you with step-by-step instructions on how to turn on Autofill on the Android device and how to easily autofill passwords in your favorite applications. Check it out!
1. Open the Passwarden application and navigate to the Settings tab.
2. Turn on the slider button right to the Autofill section
3. Choose Passwarden as your primary autofill service and tap OK.
And that’s it! Now you know how to use our convenient feature.
Note: VPN Unlimited app is taken as an example. Passwarden Autofill feature works fluently with any application installed on your Android device.
1. Open the app and focus on the Login field. If Passwarden has the appropriate credentials, the Tap to unlock label appears.
2. Tap on this label and unlock your Passwarden profile.
Note: If you tap the Tap to unlock label and nothing happens, follow the next steps:
Go to Settings > Apps > Manage apps > print Passwarden in the Search field > Other permissions > allow Display pop-up windows while running in the background.

3. Select the respective credentials and confirm the sign-in process.

1. Open the relevant application and sign in with your credentials. If these credentials aren’t stored in Passwarden, the Save to Passwarden pop-up appears.
2. Tap Save and navigate to the Passwarden app.
3. Now, you can save these credentials to the Passwarden storage.
There are 2 options:
1. Select the Create New option, choose the appropriate Vault, and edit the name of this new item. The name of the application is entered by default.
2. Tap Create.
Note: If there are no items that could be updated, only the Create New option is available. In this case, you won’t see Create New or Update Existing options.
If you already have an item with the same credentials, you can associate it with this application. To do this, follow the next steps:
1. Select the Update Existing option and choose the item you want to update.
2. Tap Update, and that’s it.
